A Great Diet Day! // Journal 6.28.16

So I woke up this morning SUPER inspired (may or may not have already said that in another post..), BUT! Nonetheless I actually stuck to it!! I had 139 calories today, and burned over 200! I weighed myself in the morning and night (yes I know you’re not suppose to do that) but I dropped a pound!

Okay okay I know I shouldn’t get excited about loosing a pound because in the morning it could be back up to my original weight.. But a girl can dream!

I’ve also found a huge community on YouTube all around thinspo and I’ve been watching videos all day! I really reccomend you guys to watch some videos on there if you’re looking for motivation to keep up your fast.

It’s a Good Day // Journal 6.28.16

I woke up this morning super inspired and I’m so happy at how I’m doing today. 

3 almonds

1 cup of green tea

5 blueberries

And I’ve also started my daily workout! I’m excited because I can do it in my room where no one can see. 

20 jumping jacks

10 squats

But this is only halfway through the day, here’s my daily plan;

6 almonds

2 cups of green tea

20 blueberries

100 jumping jacks

50 squats

10 push ups

With this new plan I drew up for myself I get what fills my tummy and I burn it off right after! I also weighed myself this morning and I’ve lost a pound!! At this rate I can loose more, and hopefully loose 2 more pounds before I go on a camping trip with my family.

Telling The Truth // Journal 6.27.16

I’m going to come clean and say that I have BED (Binge Eating Disorder). I have been trying lately to stop eating and restrict to under 1000 calories a day but .. for me it is really hard. Today I was suppose to have 300 calories, but ended up eating 1,310 calories. Why am I so messed up? I messed up this whole diet plan that I had and I hate myself for it. From now on I am planning eat meal so that there is no way I can mess up again and binge.

I am also weighing myself tomorrow and I am terrified… I am going to stay up and post more thinspo because this blog doesn’t have enough. Ugh. Wish me luck guys.

Hello again. I’m sorry I didn’t post yesterday, but I was busy. (Busy fasting & purging) Yeah, I’ve began to purge. My friend that I told that too says I have Bulimia, and she wants to purge too. Which sucks, because I know she only wants to because I am; but I’m not stopping. You know? I’m 190lbs, which is two pounds lighter! I’ve lost two pounds in two days! If I keep this fasting, purging, working out cycle going I really could meet my goal weight by New Years!

Also, if you want to see my goal-date-count-down, it’s on the right side of my blog! Three months left! I feel like I can do this!

Morning After

Hello all my little beauties, so I’ve come to the realization that the ‘Morning After’ a fast is the worst, and best feelings ever.

So, how I thought up this topic would be; I just woke up. I’ve been fasting for about a day now and I feel like, just ew, but I feel really good. Its like a really good empty feeling, but at the same time you always feel more tired then you should be.

Now, I’m only taking this experience from water fasting; which, if you didn’t know, is where you only drink water. That’s all you can have. You kind of feel really tired in the morning, but as the day moves on and you drink more water – boom. You feel better!

I hope this shed some more light on fasting, and I will be doing more posts today about a new secret section of my blog that will be up shortly!

Purging

Purging is a very serious topic to discuss, but I’ve decided to talk about it anyways.

Purging means throwing up what you’ve eaten, (forcing yourself to vomit). But as disgusting as it sounds, and is; it works. I’ve purged twice in my whole Ana Life, and only once have I not been able to. And let me tell you; it’s the worst feeling in the world to purge. But it helps me fast in the sense that I know if I eat or binge, I will purge. That’s how it helps me.

And I know this wasn’t very long, but I don’t have much experience in the whole purging topic. So anyone who knows more about it / does it on a regular basis, comment below to help me and everyone else out there!

Fasting Basics

Hello future Ana’s! Here are some quick tips to fasting you might not have known before; or you just need some mind refreshing. I mean, we aren’t all perfect.

1.  Chew gum. Its basically eating without the calories and the swallowing; and it tastes good! Just watch out for the total calories in some gum, you could be eating cals that you don’t want!

2. If you are water fasting; great. But need I express the absolute value of water? 0 calories. A big, fat zero. So binge away on water! It fills you up without the calories, and it keeps you hydrated! But Ice water is the best; because its so cold, your body actually uses calories to warm it up. so by drinking ice cold water, you could be losing some calories!

3. Ignore everyone. I have this problem on the daily; people commenting on me not eating. What I do is simple; ignore them. Because while you get skinny and pretty, they will be wallowing in food and fat. Be proud!

Introduction to K and my Ana Lifestyle

Hello my fellow Ana followers, my name is K. In this current post I’ll be explaining myself, and showing you all what my goals are.

So, first I should share my stats. My current weight is around 194lbs, gross, I know. My goal weight is 90lbs. I am 5’1 and extremely fat. The reason I’ve decided to create this website is to help all you other Ana followers who are having trouble keeping up with your fasts / and or having bingeing problems. Of course, I have them too. But this way I can stick to my goals, and hopefully you can stick to yours too!

So this blog will have everything from thinspo, to Ana tips and tricks. I will also find a way to have a message board where you all can help each other out. I hope this cleared somethings up, and the fast that I will recommend and I use is the Water Fast. Which is just having water, and only water. It fills you up and its better then food; 0 calories!
